The school requires enrolled students to take midterm and final exams to evaluate their performance in the classes that they took and reflect the results on academic guidance.
Eligibility to Take Exams
You are not eligible to take exams if you miss more than 1/4 of the scheduled classes during the 16 weeks of the semester. If you have to be absent due to unavoidable reasons such as the death of an immediate family member, duty required of a citizen, or required of a student, you have to submit a temporary absence application immediately.
Grade Evaluation
1. In principle, you are graded on a curve with 60~80% based on exam results, 10~20% on attendance, and 10~20% on assignments.

* Grades and grade points are as follows.

Grade Point

A+ 95 ~ 100 4.5
A0 90 ~ 94 4.0
B+ 85 ~ 89 3.5
B0 80 ~ 84 3.0
C+ 75 ~ 79 2.5
C0 70 ~ 74 2.0
D+ 65 ~ 69 1.5
D0 60 ~ 64 1.0
F+ 55 ~ 59 0.0
1. If you are unable to take an examination due to the death of an immediate family member, military duty, university obligations, or any other unavoidable reason, you can take a makeup test after receiving approval from the dean of your college within 7 days of the occurrence of the cause.

2. If you are caught cheating during an exam, the score of that exam will be annulled.

3. Your GPA for the respective semester is calculated by dividing the total grade points by the number of registered credits. The accumulated GPA is calculated by dividing the accumulated total grade points by the accumulated number of registered credits.
Academic Warning
An Academic Warning will be issued if you:
1. Fall short of the 1.5 GPA
2. Receive F grades in more than three classes per semester
3. If you receive academic warnings for three semesters in a row or four academic warnings in total, you will be expelled from school.
