Welcome to the website of the Graduate School of Gachon University.

Our graduate school was established in year 1988, does not have a long history. However, about 10 years after opening its official academic curriculum, it was designated as the best graduate school in national graduate school evaluation done by Ministry of Education and Science Technology in year 2000. Along with its merging with 4 universities in 2012, it is moving into a new way for its another jump.

Our graduate school has 44 departments and 101 majors for master’s course as well as 33 departments and 86 majors for doctorate course. Also, there are master and doctorate combined courses. So far, 4,132 master's course students and 1,411 doctorate course students have completed their degree in our school. They are leading advancement and development of our society in various fields. The reason for our graduate school to grow so fast was because of the passion of our foundation which tried to make it the best graduate school in Korea.

Our president and outstanding professors, respected by society are the great supports of school development. Another big advantage of our school is a good location for transportation and state-of-the-art facilities. What is more, those students and alumni working in various fields of our society have made enormous contributions to the school development.

Gachon University is starting new after its historical merging with 4 universities in March 2012. It consists of Gachon Univerity in Seongnam, Medical Campus in Incheon, Gachon Leadership Center, and Gachon Global Center, Hawaii. Based on the synergy effect and specialization of each network, it is trying hard to become the renowned global school.
