From September 15–26, alumni share their experience for career success

The Gachon University University Career Plus Center (Director: Jeon Seong-min) is running the “2025 Gachon Mentors 50-Person Relay Online Mentoring” program online for two weeks, from September 15 to 26, sharing the practical experiences of alumni.

In this program, 50 Gachon University alumni serve as mentors, providing insights on career success stories, practical knowledge, and job-specific preparation strategies. Each session runs for one hour, totaling 50 sessions, with alumni working in diverse industries such as IT, semiconductors, finance, public institutions, pharmaceuticals, architecture, and distribution, sharing real-world experiences with students and local youth.

Jeon Seong-min, Director of the Career Plus Center, said,

“We aim to help students strengthen their practical employability by learning not just theoretical knowledge but also real-life cases from alumni currently working in the field.”

Gachon University students, alumni, and youth from the Seongnam area can apply during the program period via the extracurricular portal WIND and join sessions using the ZOOM link posted on the university website’s career announcements. Local youth can also participate via the QR code on the program poster. There is no limit on the number of participants, and multiple sessions can be attended, allowing participants to freely choose the lectures they want.
