Department of Bionano Technology provides future industrial technology and growth engines as a core field of next-generation science and technology representative of the era of convergence science. Based on the basic knowledge of nanoscience, this department includes not only the life science field, but also various advanced bio fields such as biochips, biosensors, and drug delivery, and pursues innovative welfare improvement of mankind through a comprehensive understanding of life phenomena. The ultimate goal of this department is to teach advanced theories and technologies in the field of biotechnology and bio-nano convergence, which has recently been spotlighted, based on biotechnology and nanotechnology. It aims to nurture specialists specialized in fields such as medicine and biomedical engineering.
