The Department of Psychology at Gachon University was established in 2020 to nurture talents who will act as intellectuals and experts who solve future social problems based on a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior. This department focuses on detailed majors such as clinical and counseling, social studies, and cognitive psychology, and provides systematic and up-to-date psychological education to develop critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills, and aims for convergence education with adjacent disciplines. The slogan of this department, "a place where the mind and heart can freely explore the mind," is space where students and professors can enjoy various subjects and extracurricular activities together based on interest and passion for humans and explore human psychology in depth.
