DNA, RNA, Oligomer, Protein의 소량(0.5ul) 정량 측정이 가능한 장비로서 기존 형광 광도계에 비하여 질량 검출 한계를 한 자릿수 이상 크게 낮춘 장비이다.  UV/Vis Spectrophotometer의 기능도 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 전 파장의 흡광도를 동시에 짧은 시간만을 소모 측정하여 Real Scanning으로 Sample의 상태를 보다 쉽고 간편하게 확인할 수 있다. DNA Chip에 쓰이는 Fluorescence Dye를 pmol까지 정량이 가능하다.
