나트륨(Na)에서 우라늄(U)까지 100%에서 ppm 수준까지의 액체, 고체 또는 분말 시료의 원소 분석을 수행하는 장비이다. 시멘트, 오일, 윤활유, 화학제품, 정련장치, 연구분야, 산업용 모니터링, 쓰레기 처리 등의 산업분야에 쓰이는 장비로서 나트륨에서 우라늄까지에 이르는 원소의 분석이 가능하다. 직접적인 여기작용(Excitation)과 결합한 최신 Si-Drift detector X-ray geometry를 사용함으로써 분석값의 정확도가 높다.
