The laser lines include: 404 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 639 nm.
The microscope has 2 types of detectors: one with 4 virtual band pass detectors and one with a spectral detector that can image 32 different channels simultaneously (adjustable widths of 2.5 nm, 5 nm, and 10 nm).
