세포, 조직의 구조 그리고 특정 단백질 위치와 기능을 밝히기 위한 장비로, 레이저와 Pinhole을 사용하여 형광의 발현정도를 확인하여 3차원 이미지 확인 및 분석을 할 수 있다.
